It appears to be off center and won't disappear. I can't get to the skip button and I won't let me gift to have it close

Sounds like it just didn't load right. Does it do that everytime you try and send gifts? Mine does that every once in a while, but it fixes if I refresh.

It is now allowing me to close the send gifts page but I can't see the lower right hand icons to see who is on, the trading forums, etc., and it is doing it every single time. I can't see the names of my neighbors below either. I am seeing about 2/3 of those images......It's terrible.
