How about a little notice that you are going to pull or swich the Cosigner Item .i personally lost 14 cosigner on SOHO and 9 on taxi i was one away twice and i had the coins to get it was late and i stoped playing till the next day to awake and post soho apt to get my 1 cosigner and went to starbucks a mile away and back and when i got back SoHo apt was gone and high school is now there .. ALL I AM ASKING IS TO LET US KNOW THAT THE COSIGNER ITEM AT THAT TIME WAS GOING TO BE SWICHED OUT so we can get it done and if we dont its are problem cause we was told even 12 hours notice would be fine ANYTHING

Yes, that would be very helpful. I don't usually get the cosigner items but a timer would be very helpful. Maybe post this on the YoVille forums or email Zynga and they will consider it Good idea!

I agree. As soon as I get close to acquiring what I need, the home or item vanishes with no notice. I even tried reloading my page lol.
