Hey, my son was in the 'plaza' as normal and was approached by a player clearly experienced wearing fireman costume and retros etc etc, anyways my son went back to his apartment and this 'fireman' followed (which was strange in itself as he was never buddied). My sons account is low on items as he wears pretty much all he owns of value, but after this player poofed a little while after he noticed his blonde fluid hair was no longer in his inventory? we refreshed but no luck.
Surely this cant really happen, if indeed this was a hacker, he couldnt take items direct surely? I am confused as to what is possible.

Sad thing is we contacted Zynga and not only did they say this item was never traded or used, they denied the item ever existed in their database. Urgh, I wasn't expecting too much, they must get numerous claims everyday, but wasn't so much the 'we dont believe you' that got to me but the 'You made the item up'. Lesson learned I guess.

I was concerned by the video posted on my facebook about hackers accessing 'administritive' menus and being able to ban an unsuspecting player, the thought Zynga may not believe me should it happen worries me much more!

As a some what experienced yoville hacker , I can tell you that i've never heard of something like that , do you mean the actual basic hair ? like the one you can always choose from?
I suppose this hacker is very experienced and managed to find the hairs code and hacked your sons yoville and took that hair away, if its the basic hair, my suggestion would be to make a new facebook/yoville account.
