3.When the owner accuses someone who looks like a noob of fake bidding
4.When people poof
5.When the people behind you in the sellers line X you

the noobs part is unfair but 2. and 5. seem ok to do

Personally I see 5 simply as them not waiting there turn and trying to get you out of line faster
