Sorry you were not welcomed. Sometimes peoples threads get pushed down if there are many new posts. So welcome! Hope you are liking the forum. If you ever have a problem just post or message a mod. As for reputation, it must be given by other users. They must give your post a + or -. You may not have any because noone has clicked your posts as + or -.
