can anyone help me with this problem? i just sent zynga a few messages about it and they said they couldnt verify i had that stuff back then. i got retros and 5 - 10m range he gave me stuff from time to time. the hacker left a long message and on one part he said he also erased information of what i had so i couldnt get it back. is that possible? i quit yoville for about a year then started playing back about the middle of 2011. can someone please get my stuff back? thanks

Unfortunately Zynga is your only hope at getting your stuff back. If you wantt it back then maybe try to keep bugging support. Thats probably your only hope. Sorry.

I see why they say that considering the event happened in 2009 as you say. It sucks yea but its been 3 years so maybe just try to start back up fresh and new and take steps to make sure it never happens again. Good luck.
