i hate eggs, i love food. but not eggs.

if i was not gonna eat for a month and had one last meal before my food was taken away.... i would pick chicken breast done like a chicken cordon blu..... so good. it is a chicken breast pounded flat, and wrapped up with a slice of black forest ham and some motza cheese inside. then coated in lightly seasoned breading and baked. then served over a creamy risotto (or even a creamy rice dish, with veggies on the side, maybe broccoli or something... soooooo good! when u cut into it, the cheese is right melty and the falvours have gone thru the chicken sooo tastey!
